At AlephCare, we are committed to continuous improvement and staying current with healthcare protocols. Starting December 1, 2024, personal support workers in Ontario will have the opportunity to register with the newly established Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority (HSCPOA). This initiative aims to provide greater consistency and patient understanding in the healthcare system. Registered workers will be listed on an online public register and easily identified with the HSCPOA’s quality mark, ensuring a higher standard of care.
We support ongoing career growth and will help our personal support workers obtain their credentials under this new quality standard. This commitment underscores our dedication to delivering exceptional care and supporting the professional development of our team.
