Family-Managed Home Care (FMHC) is a program through Ontario Health atHome that provides funding directly to eligible patients or their substitute decision-makers.

This allows families to hire and manage their own caregivers instead of using government-assigned agencies, giving you full control over who provides care and how it’s delivered (certain restrictions apply).
